This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2019 and reminder representation dated 10.06.2019 and to take appropriate steps to cancel the order dated 05.12.2006 made in R.Dis/DAR/325/1416 which is assigned to fourth respondent herein, within time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the representation submitted by the petitioner, now enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent. 2/4

In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the aforesaid representations of the petitioner and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & respondents 4 & 5 and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
