The learned counsel for the petitioner appeared through Video Conferencing and states that inspite of the strenuous efforts taken, the petitioner had not responded to the counsel.

2.Written instructions had been forward on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner is not running SRK Foods in the premises at Survey No.50 in Vedapatti Village, Coimbatore District, measuring 1 acre and 92 cents. On the other hand one Selvam is running Chips Manufacturing Unit. It is therefore obvious that the petitioner is no longer interested in contesting the writ petition. 3.Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
