These two applications have been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to appoint an Advocate Commissioner i) to examine Dr.CT.Alagappan, Attesting witness to the Will dated 20.09.2002 executed by Late Mrs.RM Chinthamani Achi, De Bene Esse, on any date and time to be fixed by this Court, in T.O.S No.30 of 2014 and ii) to record the evidence of Dr.CT. Alagappan as (PW1) at his clinic in T.O.S No.30 of 2014 and file the report within the time to be fixed by this Court.

Ms.B.Aparna, Advocate, Enrolment No. MS 2515/2013, Old No.125, New No.257, 6th Floor, (Canara Bank Building), Angappa Naicken Street, Chennai-1, (Cell No.9962169307) is appointed as the Advocate Commissioner i) to examine Dr.CT.Alagappan, Attesting witness to the Will dated 20.09.2002 executed by Late Mrs.RM Chinthamani Achi, De Bene Esse and ii) to record the evidence of Dr.CT. Alagappan as (PW1) at his clinic. The initial remuneration of the Advocate Commissioner is fixed at Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) and the same shall be paid by the applicant/plaintiff, directly to the Advocate Commissioner. The Commissioner shall file her report before the Additional Master-II, on or before 21.07.2023.
