3.Considering the submissions made on either side and and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to allow the application but however the documents sought to be marked as additional evidence can be marked subject to proof and relevancy.

4.Accordingly, the application is allowed. The additional documents shall be received and marked subject to proof and relevancy of those documents. Post the matter for filing the Affidavit of Admission and denial on 14.08.2023.
