This application is filed to condone the delay of 449 days in filing the appeal restoration of S.A.No.1203 of 2014 and to restore the said appeal by setting aside the order of dismissal dated 30.07.2021 and permit the appellants to comply with the office returns and represent the papers by enlarging the time for compliance of office returns.

2. Despite notice, there is no representation on the side of the respondents. The learned counsel for the appellant has filed Affidavit of Service.

3. This application is allowed and Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal and list on 24.10.2024.
