Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to furnish the service book belongs to the petitioner to the service rendered in between 09.02.1983 to 31.07.2004 as Care Taker, Noon Meal Centre Panchayat Union Primary School at S.Naraiyur Village, Vepur Taluk, Cuddalore District, without any further delay.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to furnish the service book that belongs to the petitioner to the service rendered in between 09.02.1983 to 31.07.2004 as Care Taker, Noon Meal Centre Panchayat Union Primary School at S.Naraiyur Village, Vepur Taluk, Cuddalore District, without any further delay.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the service particulars of the petitioner is not available with the district administration, however, the district administration has issued certificate that the petitioner is working as Care Taker in the Panchayat Union Primary School at S.Naraiyur Village, Cuddalore District and the same was also despatched to the petitioner on 09.09.2019. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
