This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in Crime No.978 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent to any other officer not below the rank of Inspector of Police, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. On perusal of the petition, it reveals that the complaint clearly shows that the entry of the four accused person into the house of the defacto complainant has been recorded in CCTV camera. Even then, the second respondent is failed to secure the real accused in the above case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the respondent police yet to file a final report in Crime No.978 of 2020.
4. Considering the above submissions, now the transfer of investigation to any other officer, will never help the petitioner to get fair investigation. Hence, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
