The writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2023. 2.According to the petitioner, he was regularized and promoted as Forest Watcher on 1995 and thereafter, from 2004 he was not promoted further as Forest Guard. He claims that he was denied promotion to Forest Guard on par with his juniors, who have already been promoted. The petitioner has sent a representation seeking the post of Forest Guard on par with his juniors by including his name in the panel for the year 2003-2004 and to promote the petitioner as Forest guard from 31.05.2004 on par with his junior. Since his representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner has passed away and they seek to implead the legal heirs. This Court is inclined to dispose the writ petition with certain directions. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / Forest Department

would submit that the petitioner's representation cannot be considered at this juncture. He further submit that 2nd respondent has filed a detailed counter stating that the wrong orders have been passed and the said persons who were promoted were given promotion based on the Court order and the same is pending before this Court as well as Apex Court. 5.In these circumstances, the petitioner's family i.e., legal heirs can give a fresh representation regarding this issue and if such representation is submitted the respondents shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereon from the date of the representation.
