By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2024 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

It is the contention of the writ petitioner that he has a right to the Survey No.632/3A, the fourth respondent has encroached on the said survey number and patta has also issued in his favour and the document has been registered in 'A' Register. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation dated 07.02.2024. However, the same has not been considered and hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2024 and pass an order after giving a proper opportunity to the fourth respondent, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
