ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to include the name of the petitioner as a joint pattadar in Patta No.561 for the property comprised in Survey No.84B/2A2 and 86/52 measuring an extent of 0.01.00 Ares and 0.00.50 Ares situated at Moungilthuraipattu Village, Vanapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2025 and 02.05.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court hereby directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.12.2025 and 02.05.2026, after putting the petitioner and 5th respondent on notice and after giving them opportunity of hearing and dispose of the representations of the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2 / 4
