Mr.Vijayan, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order passed in transfer application filed by the petitioners. The transfer application http://www.judis.nic.in

ABDUL QUDDHOSE. J, pam was dismissed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the transfer application was dismissed on the ground that 7 other appeals were pending in another Court and they sought for transfer of the subject appeal to the same Court in which 7 other appeals were pending so that all the appeals can be heard together. 2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that all the 7 appeals are disposed of and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
