Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order of termination in Na.Ka.NO.933/2015/A dated 08.07.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent and the subsequent order in Na.Ka.NO.946/2015/A1 dated 28.12.2015 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same, consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Sales man in the Respondent TASMAC shop.
