Respondent Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel for foresters, fit for promotion as Forest Rangers, for the year 2009-10, and to promote him as such, considering his candidature notwithstanding and without reference to the pendency of (1) TDP Case No.2/2008 before the Tribunal for Disciplinary proceedings , Salem, (2) charge Memo No.41/2007 dated 31.12.2007 issued by the District Forest Officer, Athur and (3) Sc.No. 1 of 2008 on the file of the Sessions Court, Krishnagiri and without prejudice to his claim for inclusion in the earlier panel and promotion and to promote him as Forest Ranger.
