It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that complaint dated 11.11.2020 in CSR No.432 of 2020 is pending against the petitioner with reference to the cheating of sum of Rs.4,50,000/- and the petitioner's presence is required once for concluding the enquiry. The petitioner's counsel has putforth no objection in appearing before the respondent police and cooperate with the police enquiry.

2. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 03.12.2020 and cooperate with the enquiry and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
