When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that as on date no evidence was found against him and is not added as an accused. If in future any material evidence is found against him, he will be added as an accused. As on date, he is not an accused.

2. The respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
