ORDER
Seeking to quash the suspension order of the 8th respondent dated 15.12.2025 and for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all service and monetary benefits, this writ petition is filed. 2.Pending criminal case in Crime No.97 of 2025 on the file of the AWPS, Polur, the petitioner was suspended by suspension order of the 8th respondent in No.002/2025 dated 15.12.2025. Now, the investigation in Crime No.97 of 2025 has been completed and closure report has been filed as 'mistake of fact'. In view of the same, the petitioner sought indulgence of this Court to quash the suspension order dated 15.12.2025.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 submitted that the same would be considered.

4.In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner has already been exonerated from the criminal case which has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2025. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by the 8th respondent dated 15.12.2025 in No.002/2025 is hereby quashed and the respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner into service with all service and monetary benefits.
5.In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
