Crl.M.P.No.8915 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.23734 of 2011 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) has submitted that due to some confusion over the case No., the office of the Public Prosecutor has instructed him to submit that the main case in Spl.C.C.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the learned II Additional District Sessions Court (Special Court for S.C&S.T cases), Puducherry is over. However, it is now ascertained and confirmed that the said case is pending.

2. In view of the factual position that a mistake has been crept due to inadvertence and that SPl.C.C.No.4 of 2011 is pending, the order dated.08.03.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.23734 of 2011 is recalled. This Crl.M.P. is ordered accordingly.
