The petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the District Judge, Perambalur to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.13 of 2012 within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Lower Appellate Court has already disposed of the First Appeal and hence, the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
