Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to depute surveyor to survey the land in S.No.917/2 of Boganapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk to survey and sub-divide the same and issue a patta in respect of the same in favour of the petitioner.
