O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with as early as on 14.10.2022.

2. On 12.09.2022, it was not brought to the notice of the Court that the order has not been complied with. Therefore, statutory notice was issued for the presence of the contemnor before this Court. Though statutory notice was served, the respondent did not appear before the Court on the next hearing date i.e., 17.10.2022. Hence, bailable warrant was issued on 17.10.2022 to secure the presence of the respondent and produce him before this Court on the next hearing date. The contemner is present before this Court, today.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also acknowledge that the order of this Court has been complied with on 14.10.2022, even before the warrant was issued on 17.10.2022.

4. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, the warrant issued against the contemner is recalled. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, the Sub -Applications are also closed. 10.11.2022 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order vsi 3/4
