ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.794 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-District Munsif, Neyveli and the same was taken on file in PRC.No.3/2023. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
