The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.297 of 2013 in OS No.23 of 2013 dated 18.07.2014, by District Munsif Court, Mannarkudi.
2. Today when this Civil Revision Petition is came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a 1/3
submission that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent are settled out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
