(CR.NO.13 OF 2016) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.781/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of conviction and imprisonment dated 22.10.2018 imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahalir Court at Krishnaigir in Spl.S.C.No.53 of 2016 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the Crl.A.781/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL A.781/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. KRITIKA KAMAL.P, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
