ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Cr.No.46 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioner for theft of 4,520 meters of copper wire.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is one previous case pending which is similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and one previous case pending against the petitioner which is similar in nature, I am not inlcined to grant anticipatory bail to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner.
