Vide order dated 24.05.2024 made in Crl.A.No.571 of 2024, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail. He further submitted that, the charge sheet has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 24.05.2024 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on each and every hearing date without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
