This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 16.07.2007 made in I.A.No.1606 of 2007 in O.S.No.8274 of 2006 on the file of the learned V Assistant Judge, City Civil Court,

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount due to the Indian Bank, Ethiraj Salai Branch has been settled and no amount is due. The Indian Bank, Ethiraj Salai Branch has also issued no due certificate to the revision petitioner,Yazhini Ravi by the letter dated 31.03.2016.

3. Recording the letter and submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
