ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 353, 430, 379 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.365 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, who is the Thasildhar, while intercepting the vehicles with other officials, the petitioners caught with illegal transportation of sand by using JCP and with two tipper lorries and the petitioners used filthy language and also tried to dash the defacto complainant. Hence, the law enforcing agency registered a case against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this is the third anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners and earlier this Court had dismissed two anticipatory bail https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

applications of the petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the gravity of offence and the earlier anticipatory bail petitions were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
