O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though he has made a representation on 12.06.2017 to the 1st respondent, followed by another representation on 19.02.2018, challenging the appointment as Higher Secondary Head

Master of SMH Higher Secondary School, Sirkali, his representations have not been disposed of till date, and as such, he has filed this Writ Petition, seeking a direction for disposal of the said representations by 1st respondent, after notice to all the affected parties, within a stipulated period.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the 4th respondent, indicating the fact that such representations made to the 1st respondent are taken up for disposal by the 1st respondent and are under active consideration.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed of, directing the respondents to dispose of such representations in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the affected parties within a stipulated period, to which the learned counsel for the respondents has no objections.

3. Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider such representations and take a firm decision, after giving notice to all the affected parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, in the circumstances of the case, there will be no order as to costs.
