This Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2011, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Hosur within time frame.

The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in the suit O.S.No.17 of 2011, seeking relief of permanent injunction against the defendants/respondents herein restraining them from in any way trespassing into the suit lands as marked 'A B F E' portion in the plaint. Pending suit, he has filed two interlocutory applications viz., I.A.No.72 of 2011 for interim injunction and I.A.No.185 of 2013 for impleading the some of the respondents in IA as defendants in suit and the same was pending. Meanwhile, he has preferred this Civil Revision Petition.
Without going into the rival contentions of the parties and also without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents and defendants, the District Munsif Court, Hosur is directed to dispose of O.S.No.17 of 2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after notice to the parties.
In the result, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
