The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice issued by the second respondent in the capacity of the President of the Yercaud Village Panchayat. 2.It is known that his tenure in the capacity of the President of the Yercaud Village Panchayat was over in the year 2011 itself. The writ petition is of the year 2007.
