The above writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 10.05.2023 and to initiate appropriate steps in the manner known to law within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel 2/4

appearing for the 1st to 3rd respondents/Corporation would state that on the representation given by the petitioner, action has been initiated and the premises has been sealed, which has also not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since appropriate action has been intiated, it is for the authorities to proceed further in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
