The petitioners made a representation on 18.11.2015 to the respondents stating that though two extents of land have been acquired, namely, S.Nos. 182/1 & 182/2, belonging to the petitioners, appropriate compensation has not been paid pursuant to the acquisition of the land bearing S.No. 182/2. Since no orders were passed on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 18.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
