It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the defacto-complainant viz., one Radha dated 25.04.2020 in CSR No.969 of 2020 is pending for enquiry and the petitioner's presence is required to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.

2.The petitioner's counsel represents that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police for enquiry and the respondent police may be directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without any delay.
