ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 30.11.2015 seeking permission to run a poultry farm. It was followed by another representation to the District Collector, Tiruppur, the first respondent herein, on 22.02.2016. As the said representations have not been considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner shall send the copy of the representations so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made along with this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Special Officer, Mudalipalayam, Tirupur, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representations dated 30.11.2015 and 22.02.2016 respectively, said to have been made by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. While disposing the said representations as aforesaid, the Special Officer shall issue notice to the petitioner and any other interested person including the third respondent.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
