Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents 1 and 2 herein to cancel the recognition if any, granted to the 3rd Respondent School https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

upgrading the Primary School to Higher Secondary School or in the alternative to abstain from according any sanction to upgrade the Primary School to Higher Secondary School of the 3rd Respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd Respondent submitted that there is no recognition granted to the 3rd Respondent/School for upgradation from Primary School to Higher Secondary School. 3.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that no proposal is received from the 3rd Respondent/School seeking upgradation.

In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition is premature and hence, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.18605 of 2018 is closed.
