Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction restraining the Respondent / its men / servants and agent from in any manner preventing the applicant its men / servants and agents from carrying out the works specified in the Work Order dated 10.06.2014 and the subsequent Amended Work Order dated 15.07.2014 either by terminating https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the work order dated 10.06.2014 and the subsequent amended work order dated 15.07.2014 pertaining to the respondent's project at Purva Windermere - Phase-I Medavakkam Chennai or in any manner pending disposal of the Arbitral dispute. This original application coming on this day before this court for hearing court made the following order:

1. Learned counsel for the applicant says that he has instruction to withdraw the captioned application.

1.1. Learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect on the application.

2. As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, order dated 27.05.2016 shall stand vacated.
