ORDER

It is noticed that the petitioner was placed under suspension by an order dated 01.10.2018 and thereafter reinstated from service by an order dated 24.02.2021. The petitioner has now sent a representation dated 29.03.2021 to the respondent to pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner.

2. Considering the limited nature of prayer in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without issuing notice by directing the respondent to consider aforesaid representation of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

3. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
