This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10527 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.11449 of 2020 on 20.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
