JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the parties have reached a settlement in the mediation that had been presided over by Mr.M.K.Kabir, Senior Counsel.
2. The learned Mediator is also present before this Court and appraised the Court that the parties have reached a settlement.
3. Mr.K.V.Babu, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiffs would seek permission of this Court to dispose of the suit as settled out of Court on the agreement arrived at the mediation.

4. Recording the statement, the suit is disposed of as settled out of Court. The terms of compromise of the joint compromise memo filed by the parties shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently the connected application is closed.
5. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fees in the name of the 4th plaintiff as applicable. The plaintiffs are also directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Centre attached to this Court in lieu of the statement made by the learned Mediator that he do not propose to levy any fees for the mediation which had been successful at his hands.
