ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed praying to recall the order passed by this Court in WP.Crl.No.1086 of 2026 dated 06.05.2026.

While disposing the petition in WP.Crl.No.1086 of 2026, this Court had directed to conduct a peace committee meeting after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and to facilitate to conduct festival.

On instruction, the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) submits that though peace committee meeting was conducted, subsequently no festival was performed for Sri Iyyanarappan, Sri Veerakaran Periandavar Temple.

Therefore, this Court finds no reason to recall the order passed by this Court. As such, this petition is liable to be dismissed. 5.
