ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the entire records relating to the impugned auction notice issued by the second respondent with respect to the auction held on 23.10.2008.

It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 that the properties of the petitionerIndustry was brought under auction held on 23.10.2008 and the possession was handed over to the auction purchaser, who is the 3rd respondent herein. The 3rd respondent also acknowledged that the possession was handed over to him.

3. In view of the above submission made by the respondents, this Writ petition is rendered infructuous. No Costs.
