The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioner /victim P.W.1, to assist the prosecution in the above Criminal Appeal. 2 Since the victim can always assist the prosecution and that the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, are also satisfied, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioner's counsel is permitted to assist the prosecution.

3. Further, since the learned counsel for the appellant is ready to argue the matter, Registry is directed to remove the caption "For Appointing Legal Aid Counsel" and call for the records and prepare the typed set of papers within 10 days, if not already done, and serve the copies on the learned counsel on both sides well in advance i.e. on or before 26.09.2022.
