Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To condone the delay of 423 days in representation of STA.SR.No.146729 of 2018 and thereby render justice (in CMP.No.21651 of 2021).
Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JOHN ZACHARIAH, Advocate for M/S.FOX MANDAL AND ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 423 days in representation of the above STA (SR) No. 146729 of 2018.
2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.
