O R D E R

This prayer in the Writ Petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2015.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations on 09.03.2015 to the first respondent and on 12.03.2015 to the second and third respondents, seeking to grant patta in his favour for the property in Survey No.418/5 (19 ares), 419/5 (0.52) and 420/17 (14.5) measuring an extent of 34.02 ares situated at Sengunam Village, Perambalur Taluk and District. But, till date no order has been passed by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons interested in this regard and also affording them an opportunity of personal hearing, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
