The Original Application No.3180 of 2001 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A9/00164/2001 dated 11.1.2001 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondent to place the petitioner in the serial No.2 above the 3rd respondent in seniority list of P.G.Assistants for the year 2001-02 and consequently promote the petitioner as Headmaster of Higher Secondary School. The same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.2317 of 2007.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is listed today without EB. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and has also made endorsement to that effect.
