O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition for the alleged disobedience of the order dated 15.11.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25784 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. In support of the same, he has produced a copy of the Proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Nilgiris, bearing No.2024/0109/11/009164, dated 20.07.2024.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while including the petitioner's name in the patta, the respondents included the name of some other persons as well.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. However it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings dated 20.07.2024, if he is aggrieved.
