ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 01.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.2085 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent passed order on 31.07.2024 on the representation submitted by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the order dated 31.07.2024, before this Court. 3.
