This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act for having violated the order passed in WP No.5430 of 2019 dated 06.11.2023. 2.During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the order of the Court is complied with by issuing letter dated 16.10.2024 appointing the petitioner to the post of Technical Assistant(Electrical).

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner is also accepted the issuance of the appointment letter to the petitioner and he further submits that the petitioner is going to join duty during the course of the day. 4.In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the considered view that no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. 5.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 21.10.2024 dn
