The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.45 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused in this case.
