This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 434 days in representation of the above STA (SR) No. 146728 of 2018.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned, subject to payment of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs in favour of the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Building, Chennai, within a period of one week from today, failing which, this order will stand automatically cancelled.
